We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will build scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to support business applications and services.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services
- Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud resources
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, and access controls
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application issues
- Optimize cloud resources to improve performance and reduce operational costs
- Create and maintain technical documentation and disaster recovery plans
- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows server administration
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates)
- Experience with networking concepts including DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
